A healthy mind can only exist in a healthy body. This is the philosophy that Bary lives by and the same philosophy he instills in each of his clients one workout at a time. Whether a client wants to lose weight, tone up, increase flexibility, increase muscle mass and strength, or to increase endurance and stamina, Bary will conduct a full evaluation of each client's individual needs and will design proven routines that will accomplish their personal goals.

Bary is a firm believer in creating good habits in the gym that will lead to better overall habits in your everyday life. As a proven motivational speaker, Bary will motivate you to give you that extra effort you need in the gym and inspire you to carry that same attitude in your everyday life.

His background includes playing college football at a Division I university in Colorado while majoring in Sports Management and Exercise Science. Bary has served as the assistant speed and strength coach for the athletic department at the University of Maryland. Additionally, Bary served as the varsity running back coach for Boulder High School where he also managed the off-season/summer speed, strength and conditioning program. He also served as an assistant coach/counselor at the Art Monk Football camp at George Mason University. As a graduate of Robinson High School, Bary played Varsity football, basketball, lacrosse and track.

Bary received his NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal training certification, and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist) certification. Bary also received his CPR and AED certifications from the American Red Cross Association.
