Ibrahim has had a passion for health and fitness for several years now. Growing up he was overweight until he decided to play high school football at James W. Robinson in Northern Virginia. Ibrahim immediately fell in love with the sport and started living a healthier lifestyle. He received the off-season award as well as the scholar athlete award in both 2007 and 2008. In addition to playing football Ibrahim participated in power lifting, placing within the top 3 in his weight class his junior and senior year. He is currently working towards his Biology/ Pre-Medicine degree at George Mason University.
Ibrahim looks to pass on what he has learned to his clients. With years of experience in the health and fitness field, Ibrahim is well-equipped to help a wide range of clients achieve their goals. Not only does he work one-on-one with clients, he also coaches speed and agility camps with athletes. Ibrahim has experience in group training and running boot camps. He currently holds an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Training certification as well as a First Aid/CPR certification through the American Red Cross Association.
